Steven Tyler, Aerosmith’s front man took a fall off the stage during a motorcycle rally in South Dakota on Wednesday night and was airlifted to a local hospital with multiple neck and shoulder injuries.

The Rapid City Journal has reported that Tyler fell off the stage following the song “love In An Elevator” at the rally. A witness told reporters that he fell backward off the stage and was helped up by security but was then taken backstage.

Joe Perry, The guitarist told the audience that the lead singer was en route to the hospital. Tyler seemed in good spirits while being ushered away. Tyler’s condition or any affected tour dates have not been announced but keep tuned, Allshows.com will bring you the details as we receive them.
