Theee-eee-eeee Yankees Win!!

It sure was a great weekend for the New York Yankees!  Not only did they win in New York fashion on Friday night; bottom of the 11th inning, walk off home run by Mark Teixeira.  But they finished  SWEEPing up the Minnesota Twins on Sunday night in a great pitching duel.  The Yankees won Sunday night 4-1.

The New York Yankees will now be taking on the LA Angels of Anaheim.  The schedule will be as follows:

10/16 -LAA @ NYY – ALCS 1

10/17 -LAA @ NYY – ALCS 2

10/19 -NYY @ LAA – ALCS 3

10/20 -NYY @ LAA – ALCS 4

10/22 -NYY @ LAA – ALCS 5 (if necessary)

10/24 -LAA @ NYY – ALCS 6 (if necessary)

10/25 – LAA @ NYY – ALCS 7 (if necessary)
