While the NY Yankees battle game #2 of the World Series in The Bronx, some of the legends of Rock n Roll who have beeen immortalized in Cleveland’s Hall of Fame, will rock Madison Square Garden on October 29.
So far the confirmed acts are:
Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Darlene Love & Sam Moore.
Stevie Wonder with John Legend, Sting, Smokey Robinson & BB King.
Paul Simon & Art Garfunkel and Dion, and Little Anthony & The Imperials.
Crosby Stills and Nash with Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt & James Taylor.
October 30th the performers confirmed as of today are:
The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin with Annie Lennox, and Lenny Kravitz.
Metallica will pound the Garden with Ozzy Osbourne and Lou Reed.
Eric Clapton unfortunately will not be performing due to necessary gall stone surgery, but fellow Yard Birder Jeff Beck will be covering the slot with his brilliant fusion rock assault that is basically unmatched by any guitarist alive or deceased.
U2 will return to Madison Square Garden in a rare arena appearance during their U2 360 tour.
