Looks like Lead Singer Steven Tyler is not going anywhere when asked about Aerosmith and Joe Perry’s recent comments.  The Toxic Twins appeared on stage together at the Fillmore New York Tuesday Night to discuss the recent news that the band was cutting back on talent.

“I just want New York to know I’m not leaving Aerosmith,” Tyler told the crowd. “And Joe Perry, you are a man of many colors, but I, motherf–ker, am a rainbow!”

The surprise announcement came at the end of Perry’s gig with his side band, “the Joe Perry project”.  After all was said and done, Steven Tyler ended the night by singing the Aerosmith song, “Walk This Way.” He told TMZ after the show, “There is absolutely no validity to the rumor that Aerosmith is breaking up.”
